Smarty Delivery Service and having the capacity to request for delivery or be notified as a Drop-off contact or a Pick-up contact.
Requestor: the User becomes a Requestor when they initiate the delivery service request (either inbound or outbound).
Pick-up Contact: the User becomes a Pick-up contact when the Requestor enters that Users contact number for Pick-up.
Drop-off Contact: the User becomes a drop-off contact when the Requestor enters that Users contact number for Drop-off.
NB: a Requestor could be the same as the drop-off contact or the pick-up contact, but not both.
There is a User app to offer services to and meet the needs of the different user types (Requestor, Pickup Contact and Dropoff Contact).
Registration of a user on the User App is strictly by phone number after installation of the
App
NB: when a truck or van is selected, there must be an option for small, medium or big The Requestor must indicate the pick-up location and drop-off location.
The Pick-up location can be indicated using Google Maps
There must be a field to provide of the locations.
(The Gh Post Digital Address (which works with Google Maps) is crucial for such deliveries and therefore recommended, as it would provide better location determination than just Google Maps)
Users can request a delivery service (the User who requests the delivery service is described
as the Requestor).
The Requestor must select the type of delivery vehicle required for the delivery
The delivery vehicle can be a Bicycle, MotorBike, MotorTrike (Pragia, Aboboya), Car, Van,
Truck)
